Talk about what you love, not what you don’t

Remember the game "Telephone"? The game where someone would whisper a phrase in their neighbor's ear which would then be passed quietly around the "neighborhood", hopefully emerging at the end of the circle unscathed? New site. Who this?

I literally don't know where to begin. But excuse me if I simply start by . . . starting. Instead of trying to figure it all out before beginning. My blog took a major back-seat to everything else in life in 2019 when I abandoned a personal project affectionately known as "50-Before-50". Why “they” are not the problem. I am.

I have been troubled all week. I thought it was anxiety over finances. And sure, there was a little of that. But there was also this, this, and then last night, this. What a week for our country. A few weeks ago there was the gorilla accident at the Cincinnati zoo, the alligator tragedy at Disney World. Orlando. And attached to ALL of these incidents? A common denominator? A similar theme?
