It’s that wonderful time of year where we are tempted to load up on immunity boosting supplements. Even me!

Upon doing a quick inventory, I found a few of these products in my cabinets. Only, upon closer inspection, I realized that the majority of what I keep on hand is actually designed to spring into action at the first sign of feeling under the weather and to decrease the severity of a cold/cough, etc., rather than acting as a wall to stop illness before it strikes.

Which made me wonder: Is there anything we can take regularly to boost immunity and ward off illness? Or to help decrease how often we get sick?
