Beachbody is the Way, and the Truth, and the Life!

No, that would be Jesus.

Let’s just be clear.

Do I believe that FITNESS is for everyone? Yes.

Do I believe that BEACHBODY was/is the answer for me? Yes.

Do I believe that BEACHBODY is the answer for everyone? Heck, no.

I am currently organizing a Whole Fitness Fair in my town along with some fellow local Beachbody coaches. We started our planning by drafting a list of independent trainers, gym owners, and group fitness instructors that we wanted to partner with in an effort to highlight the importance of overall physical fitness in our community. Yes, my team will be representing Beachbody – but along with our company, there will be others who promote physical fitness and nutrition, along with businesses that promote fitness for the entire body- physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. All together, there will be 37 vendors.

If we were lacking in objectivity, we would have made darn tootin’ sure we were the only fitness company represented at the fair. But that would have been ridiculous.

We all have the same mission.

We may take different paths.

But we all have the same mission.

We want you to move. Do something. Something that involves an effort. Action. Sweat. Some sacrifice. (And yet, it can be FUN!)

However . . . if you are HERE. On this blog. On this site. You are going to read about Beachbody.

“Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!!!!” – remember that beautiful moment from The Brady Bunch?

Well, here, you WILL get a large dose of, “Beachbody, Beachbody, Beachbody!”

The programs have changed me. The company provided me with not only a new-found passion, but a means to STAY HOME, rather than working outside the home. I’ve always been a freelancer – but there was a time when I had to travel every night in order to do so. Gone. From 5-9. Missing dinner. Missing putting my children to bed. Making a LOT of money, but missing, missing, missing, my family. So, this opportunity? The programs? The products? I’m in. My market? The “I want to workout at home” group. The “I can not afford a gym” group. The “I’m just starting and would prefer to workout alone” group.

Everyone has their niche.

I do not dismiss critiques of our programs or our company. Those who have spoken with me know that I will openly and honestly say, “Um, I don’t dig that program. ” Or, “That could have been done better.” And, “Yes, I get paid for this. It’s my job.”

I’m not drinking blue kool-aid.

I don’t touch artificial dyes :-)

But if it seems like I’m in a Beachbody bubble it’s because along with being my means of employment, many of my closest friendships have come out of this journey.

Welcome to the world of The Cuppa Jo!
