Christmas Light

The Missing Peace

As a child, I recall singing a song in our school choir that started with the lyrics, "Let there be peace on Earth, and let it begin with me." Let it begin with me. Yikes. Really? Here is the good news. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. All the time. It doesn't begin with ME, but, rather, with Him. And it continues with Him. He is my model. So, what's missing? You Want a Peace of Me?

Numbers 6:24-26 24 The LORD bless you and keep you; 25 the LORD make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; 26 the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.
