Forget the Fad Diet

Allow me to begin by stepping on my soap-box. (Wow. Nothing like a super inviting way to begin a post about nutrition!) Not being an R.D.N., I'm always super duper, perhaps, even hyper-careful, to speak within my scope of practice, because, frankly, so many in the fitness/nutrition industry do NOT. New site. Who this?

I literally don't know where to begin. But excuse me if I simply start by . . . starting. Instead of trying to figure it all out before beginning. My blog took a major back-seat to everything else in life in 2019 when I abandoned a personal project affectionately known as "50-Before-50".
